The CIS market has a large niche for the production of steel panel radiators. We are ready to supply you with equipment for opening our own production of radiators for heating.

Our equipment allows us to produce 250,000 radiators per year on one production line.

End products (radiators) are available in three models:

• model 22 (DK) = double radiator with double thermal convector
• model 11 (EK) = single radiator with single convector
• model 21 (EKE) = double radiator with single convector

and can be manufactured in the following dimensions: height: 300, 500, 550, 600, 900 mm. length: from 400 to 3000 mm.

Raw materials used:
carbon steel sheet thickness:

• 1.1 to 1.4 mm - radiator panels
• from 0.3 to 0.5 mm - convection sheet.
  
  

In addition, it is necessary to ensure the availability of the following raw materials:

• phosphorus-alkaline degreasers
• chem. mortars suitable for priming
• paint in the form of a powder polymer coating - approximate consumption: 400 g per radiator.

Consideration should be given to Connection and energy consumption (electricity, water, air).
